We have put together a quick file that should be easier to 3d print than an original:…

We have done a little testing but not a lot, the fit of the skid and the longevity will depend on your printer and what material you print in.

We expect that a 3d printed skid will wear out faster than an original, but please feel free to print these, use them in your Edisons and let us know how they go

One thing you should double check when you save as an STL is the options when you go to save. (It should be right under the “save as type” drop down menu)

Make sure you’ve got the right units picked, I just tried setting the wrong unit and the resulting file seemed off.

It may just be the printing software, and you may just be able to re scale it tho.

Heads up

The Australian Federal Parliament has passed a law that extends goods and services tax (GST) to low value imports of physical goods imported by consumers from 1 July 2018.

This means that all customers purchasing Edison robots and accessories with an Australian shipping address must now pay GST. The GST will be automatically added to your purchase and show as a line item on your invoice.

We've detected that you are in Australia, so we wanted to let you know that we have changed your settings to view our Australian site, which displays GST inclusive pricing.
