Can the Edmat be printed on tarpaulin? Or should it just be printed on paper? I need a mat that would be stronger and would stand some abuse. Thanks.

Yes, that is what I did. Just make sure that it will be printed on the less glossy side.

Hi!

Thanks Rino!

When printing a strong EdMatt glossiness is always an issue.

I am glad to hear the less glossy side of tarpaulin works.

You can also print the EdMatt on paper and laminate it with a matte laminate (gloss laminates will interfere with Edisons line tracking)

Thnak you. I’ll check with the printers if they have non-glossy tarp. ??

It’s the back side of a regular tarp. You may be able to specify.

Thanks. Did just that. The mat works but a line tracking robot slows down on some parts of the line. I think I need to fill some parts of the line with permanent marker.

Heads up

The Australian Federal Parliament has passed a law that extends goods and services tax (GST) to low value imports of physical goods imported by consumers from 1 July 2018.

This means that all customers purchasing Edison robots and accessories with an Australian shipping address must now pay GST. The GST will be automatically added to your purchase and show as a line item on your invoice.

We've detected that you are in Australia, so we wanted to let you know that we have changed your settings to view our Australian site, which displays GST inclusive pricing.
