I recently purchased 12 Edisons and use them with EdScratchApp.com.
11 of the bots work fine, one is unresponsive.
It powers up (and I have used batteries from other working units). Both lights flash independently.
On pressing the record button once, it enters record mode (both lights on), and it appears to download code (untestable).
On trying to run the code, the axle reverses just a tiny bit and that is all.
On trying to use a bar code (three presses of the record button) the same occurs (the axle reverses just a tiny bit and that is all).
I have tried installing other demo code, swapping out the batteries, and removing the wheels to watch what happens. The firmware is uptodate and I have put the serial into the checker.
There doesn’t appear to be a Factory Reset option.
Any support with this would be greatly appreciated.
