Been working with Edison/EdScratch for the first 2 weeks of February in my classroom (just came back from a week off). Before the break there were no issues coding and downloading a program using EdScratch, coming back today and now nothing is working. We create a code in EdScratch, click "Program Edison" in the top corner, the window pops up but we are stuck waiting for the "Press to Record" button to pop up. Currently have a tab open that has been waiting for the button to load for at least 40 minutes.

Tested on school desktop computers, chromebooks, personal laptop, and android phone (both on and off of the school's wifi). Nothing has been loading

Any ideas as to what might be causing this?

We are currently working on a solution.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience this may have given you.

Hi Alexander,

I am happy to say that the problem with the server has now been fixed.

Thank you for notifying us.

Have a great day.

Heads up

The Australian Federal Parliament has passed a law that extends goods and services tax (GST) to low value imports of physical goods imported by consumers from 1 July 2018.

This means that all customers purchasing Edison robots and accessories with an Australian shipping address must now pay GST. The GST will be automatically added to your purchase and show as a line item on your invoice.

We've detected that you are in Australia, so we wanted to let you know that we have changed your settings to view our Australian site, which displays GST inclusive pricing.
