I just opened my Edison and started using it and it was working fine. All of a sudden it stopped scanning barcodes. I can download programs from edware just not scan barcodes. Has this happened to anyone before? I tried to calibrate it but that's a barcode so it won't scan it. cry

Hi

Can you provide more information?

Is Edison still driving over the barcode?

If not, is Edison driving at all, or does Edison just not move then you press the round button 3 times

If Edison is driving over the barcode is Edison giving the fail sound at the end of the barcode?

Have you laminated your barcodes? Lamination can make the barcodes too shiny and mess with Edisons sensor

Hi - My Edisons (5 of them) are also not scanning barcodes. Worked perfectly first time we used them. Now they do nothing (don't move at all) when we push the record button 3 times. Any advice?

Thanks

Heads up

The Australian Federal Parliament has passed a law that extends goods and services tax (GST) to low value imports of physical goods imported by consumers from 1 July 2018.

This means that all customers purchasing Edison robots and accessories with an Australian shipping address must now pay GST. The GST will be automatically added to your purchase and show as a line item on your invoice.

We've detected that you are in Australia, so we wanted to let you know that we have changed your settings to view our Australian site, which displays GST inclusive pricing.
