We recently purchased 10 Edison robots. One of our robots is not responding when trying to reset using the bar code. When the round record button is pressed 3 times, nothing happens. We tried removing the wheels and moving it manually as suggested, but the robot fails to read the bar code. We have replaced the batteries.
We have also tried using the cable to use Edblocks and Edscratch. When the record button is pressed, it beeps and both lights turn on. We program it and it appears to take the program as we hear the correct sounds. When we press play, the lights just flash and it does not move. We have tried loading several of the demo programs that work fine with the same cord on our other robots.
Please advice us as to what else we can try.

Thanks for trying those steps already, and explaining them clearly in your post.
This sounds like there may be an issue with this specific Edison robot. Can you please submit this query through our support contact form here: https://meetedison.com/edison-robot-support/contact-us/ (feel free to copy-paste your post as the query text)
I’ll respond to your query with some simple checks and tips to either get the Edison robot working perfectly, or issue a replacement.
