Tracking orders of Edison robots

Shipping estimates: shipping times will depend on where you order is being sent to and the size of your order. You can see shipping estimate information here.

 

How to track your order will depend on how your package was shipped:

Orders of 9 or fewer Edison robots (or equivalent value orders): generally ship via Hong Kong Post or Asendia (USA orders are shipped by USPS from our USA warehouse). Orders shipped via Hong Kong Post or Asendia generally arrive at their destination within 4-6 weeks of shipping. Unfortunately, once the package leaves the warehouse, it can no longer be tracked via the tracking number provided.

Orders of 10 or more Edisons (or equivalent value orders): ship from China via DHL Express or FedEx (USA orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail from our USA warehouse). Please use the tracking number that was provided to you in the email confirming the order was shipped to track your order.

Heads up

The Australian Federal Parliament has passed a law that extends goods and services tax (GST) to low value imports of physical goods imported by consumers from 1 July 2018.

This means that all customers purchasing Edison robots and accessories with an Australian shipping address must now pay GST. The GST will be automatically added to your purchase and show as a line item on your invoice.
