Warranty: The Edison robot is covered by a 12-month replacement warranty. For all other products and accessories, we will replace, refund or supply replacement parts at our discretion based on availability and the nature of the fault for a period of 12-months.

Returns Policy: Please note that our returns policy applies to faulty products only. Due to costs associated with shipping and handling, we do not offer change-of-mind returns. If your product is faulty you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If you believe you have a faulty product, we highly recommend you work through the online troubleshooting guide to see if the issue is able to be resolved. If you still believe your product is faulty, please provide as much detail about the issue as possible.

The Australian Federal Parliament has passed a law that extends goods and services tax (GST) to low value imports of physical goods imported by consumers from 1 July 2018.

This means that all customers purchasing Edison robots and accessories with an Australian shipping address must now pay GST. The GST will be automatically added to your purchase and show as a line item on your invoice.
