Edison robots are designed for the classroom – and so is our pricing. Our educator discounts are pre-built into our pricing in the form of bundle-packs and bulk discounts. These discounts are automatically applied to orders placed through our website and in the prices listed on the quotes we provide. Our price list can help you work out the total costs of your Edison order.
School credit terms
Australian and US schools (including universities, colleges and libraries) automatically qualify for 30-day credit terms on receipt of a purchase order.
Unfortunately, Microbric only has registered companies in Australia and the USA at this time and can therefore only offer credit terms in these countries. However, we are able to ship online purchases to many countries around the world and our global network of distributors offers additional purchasing options.
How do I submit a purchase order?
If you are ordering for an Australian or US school, university or library, we can accept a purchase order from you and provide 30 days credit.
Purchase orders should be emailed to our team at firstname.lastname@example.org. We’ll arrange both your shipment and invoice within 1-3 business days.

Do you offer educator discounts?
Edison robots are designed for the classroom – and so is our pricing.
Our educator discounts are pre-built into our pricing in the form of bundle-packs and bulk discounts. That’s why a single unit of Edison is $49 USD, however, in a class pack of 30 robots, each unit is discounted to $33 USD. Plus, if you purchase a bundle and any additional lone products in the same order, you will be charged the bundle unit price on all applicable items.
The bundle and bulk discounting are automatically applied to orders placed through our website and in the prices listed on the quotes we provide. You can learn more about on our bundle packs and bulk discounts in our price list.
Where can I get a W-9 Form?
A W-9 form for Microbric, LLC (USA) can be downloaded here: Microbric LLC W-9 Form
Is shipping included?
We offer free shipping on all qualified orders. Most school orders qualify for free shipping. If there are any shipping costs, these will be noted in your provided quote.
Please note in some cases additional fees, such as local government import duties, may apply. These are independent from shipping costs. Payment of local duties is the responsibility of the customer.
Are there any other custom fees or import duties?
Depending on your local government, your order may incur additional fees, such as import duties, VAT/GST, and customs processing fees. As these taxes and the thresholds for taxation are different for each country, we are unable to provide estimates as to what your taxes may be. For more information please consult your local customs department.
Please note that any additional fees and/or duties will be payable by the customer.
What are the details of the warranty?
The Edison robot is covered by a 12-month replacement warranty. For all other products and accessories, we will replace, refund or supply replacement parts at our discretion based on availability and the nature of the fault for a period of 12-months.
