Do you offer educator discounts?

Edison robots are designed for the classroom – and so is our pricing.

Our educator discounts are pre-built into our pricing in the form of bundle-packs and bulk discounts. That’s why a single unit of Edison is $59 USD, however, in a class pack of 30 robots, each unit is discounted to $39.96 USD. Plus, if you purchase a bundle and any additional lone products in the same order, you will be charged the bundle unit price on all applicable items.

The bundle and bulk discounting are automatically applied to orders placed through our website and in the prices listed on the quotes we provide. You can learn more about on our bundle packs and bulk discounts in our price list.

Is shipping included?

We offer free shipping on all qualified orders. Most school orders qualify for free shipping. If there are any shipping costs, these will be noted in your provided quote.

Please note in some cases additional fees, such as local government import duties, may apply. These are independent from shipping costs. Payment of local duties is the responsibility of the customer.

Are there any other custom fees or import duties?

Depending on your local government, your order may incur additional fees, such as import duties, VAT/GST, and customs processing fees. As these taxes and the thresholds for taxation are different for each country, we are unable to provide estimates as to what your taxes may be. For more information please consult your local customs department.

Please note that any additional fees and/or duties will be payable by the customer.

What are the details of the warranty?

The Edison robot is covered by a 12-month replacement warranty. For all other products and accessories, we will replace, refund or supply replacement parts at our discretion based on availability and the nature of the fault for a period of 12-months. Heads up

The Australian Federal Parliament has passed a law that extends goods and services tax (GST) to low value imports of physical goods imported by consumers from 1 July 2018.

This means that all customers purchasing Edison robots and accessories with an Australian shipping address must now pay GST. The GST will be automatically added to your purchase and show as a line item on your invoice.

We've detected that you are in Australia, so we wanted to let you know that we have changed your settings to view our Australian site, which displays GST inclusive pricing.
