Sorry to write this post knowing it should go in the support form. I have sent two queries through the support form but not received the confirmatory email. So here goes.
I bought two robots last week and one works as expected. The second one takes programs intermittently, sometimes executing part of a program, sometimes none. We have checked battery voltage and have tried to calibrate the drive train. Pushing the record button twice moves the robot about 2 mm and not all the way across the calibration bars.
How do we negotiate through the next steps of either trouble shooting or getting a replacement robot?

I am sorry that you are having trouble with your Edison robot. I have written back to your support emails and we will continue to resolve this issue on those platforms.
