Hi Jonas,

This forum is not designed for children to access. It is designed for educators – teachers and parents – to make contact if there is something they are unable resolve themselves. We intentionally keep the forum separate from the apps to protect children’s privacy, something we take very seriously. (As described in our privacy policy: https://meetedison.com/privacy/#minors )

We love translations to support languages other than English! We are only a small team so our ambitions are always greater than what we can complete. Right now, we have EdScratch Block French translations available, which I hope is useful for you: https://meetedison.com/content/EdScratch/translations/edscratch-block-french-translation-Jonathan-Barette.pdf

I am glad you found a way to get a physical instance of the obstacle detection barcode and calibrate your Edison. It sounds like that has resolved your current issue. I would recommend you at least get printed the complete list of barcodes for future use with your Edison, perhaps at a local shop: https://meetedison.com/content/Edison-robot-barcodes.pdf .

If you have more trouble with this issue, or another issue, please use our ‘Contact Us’ page to get in contact with us: https://meetedison.com/edison-robot-support/contact-us/

Heads up

The Australian Federal Parliament has passed a law that extends goods and services tax (GST) to low value imports of physical goods imported by consumers from 1 July 2018.

This means that all customers purchasing Edison robots and accessories with an Australian shipping address must now pay GST. The GST will be automatically added to your purchase and show as a line item on your invoice.

We've detected that you are in Australia, so we wanted to let you know that we have changed your settings to view our Australian site, which displays GST inclusive pricing.
