One of my Edisons is no longer reading the bar codes.  I read the sumo wrestler barcode and now it won’t read any bar codes.   I have switched the batteries from a working unit.  I tried downloading a program and I get the failed sound.  I checked the firmware and its updated.  When I press the round button 3 times the led on the bottom comes on but the wheels don’t move. Then it beeps and the lights continue to flash left/right.  I did laminate the barcodes on matte paper but I’ve tried on regular unlamented paper.  It still doesn’t read the barcodes.

Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot this? Or what the problem could be?

Thanks!

Heads up

The Australian Federal Parliament has passed a law that extends goods and services tax (GST) to low value imports of physical goods imported by consumers from 1 July 2018.

This means that all customers purchasing Edison robots and accessories with an Australian shipping address must now pay GST. The GST will be automatically added to your purchase and show as a line item on your invoice.

We've detected that you are in Australia, so we wanted to let you know that we have changed your settings to view our Australian site, which displays GST inclusive pricing.
