Hello, I have 13 robots that do not work for the line follower since they did not add a calibration light feature. So, now I have to purchase 10 more robots. Anyone who has some robots for sale v2 that can be calibrated and would like to sell, please contact me robin.KonneckIT@gmail.com

Hi Robin,

Would you like to contact the support team and see if they are able to help with your robots which fail to line track?

Quite often, the reason behind line tracking failing is a misunderstanding of how line tracking should work and how to get it to work. There are lots of cases a user may start their robot on the black like. This makes the Edison fail the tracking. You need to start the Edison on the white surface and facing towards a black surface.

This is because the Edison takes a reading of the surface below when it first starts. Then it will drive and try to find a darker surface.

When you try and line track, are your robots spinning in a circle?

Heads up

The Australian Federal Parliament has passed a law that extends goods and services tax (GST) to low value imports of physical goods imported by consumers from 1 July 2018.

This means that all customers purchasing Edison robots and accessories with an Australian shipping address must now pay GST. The GST will be automatically added to your purchase and show as a line item on your invoice.

We've detected that you are in Australia, so we wanted to let you know that we have changed your settings to view our Australian site, which displays GST inclusive pricing.
